Did you know that you can learn the recorder at the Central Coast Conservatorium? Professional recorder player and music teacher, Jo Arnott is one of the new teachers joining our faculty this Term. Jo comes to us with over 20 years experience teaching and performing. Learning the recorder can be a lot of fun for kids and adults.

It can help develop strong lungs and breathing, it teaches us to read music, develop our listening skills, eye and hand coordination, fine motor skills, self-confidence, it helps build teamwork skills, develop memory, its an affordable instrument to play. Recorder lessons can be an introduction to learning to play the saxophone, clarinet or the flute or enjoy learning to play different types of recorders. Students of all ages are welcome.
