Wyong Musical Theatre

Welcome to Wyong Musical Theatre Companys silver anniversary year. This year, 2021, marks 25 years since WMTC began entertaining Central Coast audiences with the magic of musical theatre. Founded by Sandra Plowright in 1996, the inaugural show was Guys and Dolls.

The ensuing years have seen us present a variety of shows in the Wyong Memorial Hall, the Art House Wyong, and at our current home The Grove Theatre. WMTC is excited to move forward this year with vitality as described in our new Mission Statement Energy-Expertise-Excellence-Enthusiasm. We have planned some fabulous productions and fund-raising events to celebrate this milestone, there is something for everyone.

The first production for 2021 will be the beautiful theatrical song cycle Songs For a New World, written and composed by Jason Robert Brown. Therefore, we invite past members to come back and check us out and we look forward to welcoming new members who join our Company. Current members will be well looked after with exciting artistic opportunities, social interaction and a new concept in member benefits.

So please join in and help us celebrate this year in true Silver Sparkling Style.
